Ralph Wallace Parnell III
I am a member of the Florida Bar, the Louisiana Bar, the Northern District of Florida Federal Bar, and the Federal Tax Court Bar. I have also been an adjunct professor teaching law at the University of West Florida.
I graduated from Louisiana State University where I found an interest in the study of law. I was extremely active at Southern University Law School where I received my Juris Doctorate with honors, and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review; member of the Moot Court Board; and was awarded the Cicardo Award for outstanding advocacy with the law school’s low income tax clinic. I also earned a Master’s of Law (LL.M.) in federal taxation from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida.
After practicing tax and corporate law in South Florida, I discovered a passion for criminal law and trial advocacy. Over the years, I have now successfully handled thousands of criminal cases, numerous jury and judge trials, as well as success with bond, VOP, and restitution hearings. I have also assembled and work closely with a team of other talented lawyers for clients on personal injury, replevin actions, and other civil litigation.
I have been married for 20 years and am the father of two. I round out my
personal life by being active at my childrens’ public school. I also am an advanced PADI scuba diver and an avid motorcyclist.Less
